After my brother died I had to to do lots of work.  There was a funeral to arrange, family to deal with and of course the loss itself.  The last thing I wanted to do was to think about his house and all of the stuff in it.  When I first talked to Nick he let me know that he’s worked with people in my situation many times.  We decided to get together for him to see the house.  There was a lot of stuff still in it and I wasn’t sure if I was making the right decision or not to show it to him without cleaning it out.  Well we ended up agreeing on a price and he took care of everything just like he promised.  If you’re ever in a situation where you inherited a house give Nick a call, he’ll shoot you straight.
